Anticipated
Time Commitments
Participants
- Up
to one hour a week to work with the participant's coach.
The first meeting with your coach will be in person; subsequent
coaching meetings are typically done by telephone.
- A
two hour welcome celebration.
- A
three day offsite retreat.
- Eight
additional workshops are scheduled on Fridays approximately
every 4-5 weeks. Note the schedule included in this packet.
Please plan on attending all of the workshops and staying
for the full day.
- One
to three hours per week for reading or other assignment
completion.
Participant's
Manager & Mentor
- The
Coach will meet with the participant's Manager for an initial
meeting this is generally face-to-face, followed by periodic
(typically telephone) meeting throughout the 12 month timeframe.
- The
Coach will meet with the participant's Mentor (typically
by telephone) periodically throughout the 12 month timeframe.
