 Volunteer of the Year Kelly Dignan
|
Chair of the Programs Committee, Kelly is responsible for ensuring that the Foundation’s new and existing programs continue to meet the needs of our members. She is a facilitator for Managing for Impact, and she co-developed and facilitates Managing for Impact. Kelly was a co-founding owner of CONNECT: The Knowledge Network, an information technology consulting firm. Her highly successful company received numerous accolades throughout her 12 years of ownership. Kelly was named one of Denver’s 40 under 40 Business Leaders in 1999 by the Denver Business Journal. Prior to CONNECT, she was with Procter & Gamble, Computer Associates, and General Electric. Kelly has an honors degree from the University of Michigan in Marketing, Psychology, and Communication.

 Rookie of the Year Diane Felton |
The Executive Administrator for First Data’s Corporate CFO, Diane stepped-up and stepped-in to the role of Volunteer Co-Chair for the 2008 Women’s Success Forum and successfully coordinated over 70 volunteers guaranteeing a near flawless event. She was also a member of the core team that launched the CFO Networking & Communications Team for Denver. A native of Denver, Diane won three national and nine regional titles for competing on the varsity bowling team, competed in the Professional Women’s Bowling Association, and subsequently toured the world for the Brunswick Corporation promoting the sport. Diane was the Volunteer Co-Chair for the 2008 Women’s Success Forum. Previously, she held positions at Cyprus Amax Minerals Company and Wellogix. |

 Enduring Volunteer Nichole Parmelly
|
This year Nichole took her volunteerism to the next level and very successfully Co-Chaired the 2008 Women’s Success Forum VIP and Post Event. A Communication Services Specialist with Arapahoe County, Nichole manages marketing, public relations, employee, and crisis communication for the County’s Human Services and Community Resources departments. Nichole has volunteered her time with the Foundation since 2003, including Savvy Salon, and Mentors Walk. Additionally, she has worked with Habitat for Humanity and the Junior Symphony Guild. A contributor to Divapreneurs, Nichole was accepted into the Denver Metro Chamber’s Chamber 100. |

 President's Award Betty Heid |
Betty has served Women’sVision Foundation as its Events Chair for the past two years, overseeing and bringing improvements to all of the Foundation’s events; she is also an active member of the Volunteer Committee. Founder and President of Sterling Associates, a consulting services company, working with a number of Fortune 500 companies over the past 14 years. Betty was previously in the telecommunication industry with Time Warner Telecom and US West. Dedicated to the concept of giving back to the community, she also volunteers for the Colorado Historical Society as Treasurer of the Board. |

 Volunteer of the Year Joan Masztaler
|
Co-Chair of the Savvy Salon Committee for the past two years, Joan’s dedication provides leadership direction to the many volunteers who consistently bring quality speakers and relevant topics to these monthly events throughout the year, impacting hundreds of corporate women. She has board experience in operations, customer service, team leadership, and Wholesale Service Delivery. Joan has an honors degree in Business Administration from The Women’s College at the University of Denver.

 Rookie of the Year Gayle Conrad |
Gayle Conrad is the Operations Manager for the Denver office of Personnel Decisions International. In her current role, she has driven several global initiatives as well as making her team one of the most successful and cohesive in her company. Working with the Programs Committee, Gayle conducted in-depth secondary research on Colorado’s leadership and professional development market. |

 Enduring Volunteer Vicki McCarl |
Actively involved with the Women’s Success Forum, Vicki has been on the Nomination and Awards Committee for the past four years and its Chair for the last three. Her commitment has consistently improved the way in which nominations are reviewed and winners are selected. A graduate of the Women’sVision Leadership Institute, Vicki facilitates strategy and business planning for Xcel Energy. She founded her company’s Women’s Interests Network (WIN) and serves on its Steering Committee. |
