Managing for Impact -
A Manager's Path to Leadership

The Managing for Impact program is designed to successfully guide current and future managers onto their leadership path and leave the maze of “status quo” management.Participants will attend bi-weekly seminars over a 3-month period and receive five one-on-one coaching sessions to facilitate the implementation of tools, practices, and methodologies to move teams forward in accomplishing those initiatives critical to your organization’s success.

This program offers a foundation for those on the path to leadership as team leads, project leads, supervisors and managers. The old adage; “do more with less” is burning everyone out. The complexities of today’s workforce; virtual teams, shifts in personnel, expanding roles, and a rapidly evolving marketplace requires more from managers each day. This co-ed program is for those looking to raise the bar and lead teams through today’s challenges as a manager and organizational leader.
