Whether you’re looking to be a leader in your industry or the leader of a team, having the right knowledge and right connections makes all the difference in how you position yourself for success. LINK to Leadership allows mid-level corporate women on the fast-track to explore career issues beyond their current organizational environment.

The program promotes an exchange of information and insights about ongoing and emerging corporate challenges, and it provides the opportunity to develop a strong network of peers and senior executive women in the corporate arena.You will use the Strength Finder book (provided by Women’sVision) to assess your strengths. Each participant will be assigned to one of four senior-level executive mentors.

During seven sessions over the course of three months, LINK to Leadership will give you valuable, real-time tools you’re not likely to find in a textbook, or during new hire orientation. You will participate in interactive lectures; receive mentoring by senior executives; and gain unprecedented insight into how you can successfully leverage your talent and skills within your organization.
