Our Purpose
Changing workplace dynamics and workforce demographics make it essential that corporations fully utilize all of their talent, particularly the leadership development of women and the unique skills, perspectives and vision they bring to business. Research from Harvard University, The White House Project, and Catalyst, has shown that companies with more women executives working in partnership with men, experience higher returns on both investment and equity.
Our Vision – We believe that people are more fulfilled, organizations are more successful and communities thrive when women and men share leadership and power.
Our Mission – We focus on supporting and advancing women in their careers by developing leaders, connecting people and inspiring action. Critical to oursuccess is engaging with men in the support of our vision.
A Brief History of Women’sVision Foundation
Stephanie Allen was the driving force behind the creation of Women’sVision Foundation. Alongside a dedicated group of visionary women executives, she acted to fill an important void by building an organization dedicated to the support and advancement of women in corporations. Through the years, the Foundation has become the primary resource for leadership development, career guidance, mentoring, and a vibrant and supportive community for corporate leaders. Working with member companies, Women’sVision has also been instrumental in promoting inclusive cultures.
