Mentoring Circles for Leaders
Mentoring Circles for Executives
Becoming a more effective leader and being more successful in the workplace requires acquiring more complex skills, taking risks, and developing an authentic personal leadership style. But learning in a vacuum can be slow and exhausting. Exchanging best practices with colleagues or receiving mentoring from a respected leader within the organization happens intermittently - if at all. And we never hear with regularity or sufficient depth about the most effective practices other corporations use.

Mentoring Circles® for Leaders
Receive mentoring, learn best practices (and how to apply them) from an experienced business executive and peers from other corporations. Build more complex leadership capabilities; develop your ability to generate innovative solutions; expand personal performance contributions to your organization; and create a powerful network and trusted peer network.
The program consists of 12 meetings. Sessions are typically held mornings from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the location is determined by the group.
Cost is $2600 for WVF Members and $2800 for non-members.

Mentoring Circles® for Executives
For Senior Directors, VPs, and Executive Directors - through this program you will receive on-going mentoring from senior executives as well as business leaders in other corporations on current business challenges. You will increase your knowledge of, and ability to use, best practices shared by senior leaders; develop greater leadership capacity; and build a powerful and trusted network of peers.

The program consists of 14 meetings. Sessions are typically held mornings from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the location is determined by the group.
