- Create a development plan for sustaining, modifying, or adding to your leadership competencies
- Develop an individual road map of programs offered through Women'sVision Foundation to complement your goals and enhance your future success
- Receive one-hour of individualized coaching, date and time to be determined after the workshop, to help implement your plan
