What is a distinguishing hallmark of leaders?

Strong critical thinking skills!
  • A dynamic, one-day program
  • A "next level" program for professionals aspiring to perform and contribute at significant levels within their organization.

Workshop Leader: Scott Halford

Distinguishing the leaders from the followers.

Critical Thinking Success™ teaches professionals a process and approach for addressing the day-to-day questions raised in business.

In application, the outcomes can mean:

  • the difference between red ink and black ink.
  • the difference between a product that hits its mark or flops.
  • an opportunity gained or lost.

The ability to think and probe, evaluate and question must be coupled with skills to craft communication in a way that uncovers the value and expertise available to the discussion.

In the end, an executive's ability to contribute to valuable thinking differentiates the leaders from the followers.

Critical Thinking empowers you to:

  • Make decisions on real data and accurate assumptions.
  • Learn to accurately compile, analyze and plan effective courses of action.
  • Communicate more effectively in a group.
  • Make a more substantive contribution to your team or company.

Critical Thinking Success™ empowers you to:

  • Learn the 9 Gates of Critical Thinking-a way to process major ideas and decisions for greater success.
  • Use critical thinking processes to track the lines of questioning made of you by others.
  • Understand and apply elements of reasoning to your thinking.
  • Improve your effectiveness and value to others through insightful thinking.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Learn the 9 Gates of Critical Thinking-relevance, clarity, depth, breadth, fairness, accuracy, logicalness, precision and significance.
