Coaching Bios

Reina Bach

Facilitator, coach, and consultant, she applies a multi-disciplinary approach and a variety of best practices from the behavioral sciences, to guide her clients toward improved performance, expanded individual and organizational awareness, and effectiveness.   Reina works with her clients to clarify roles, strengths, and development opportunities.   

At a deeper level, her clients examine and take action around what matters to them, what's missing in their work and personal lives, and what's next on their journey.  Reina helps her clients navigate their way past familiar patterns that no longer optimize performance.

In addition to a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Reina also completed a Leadership Coaching certification program at Georgetown University and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, along with various Development Dimensions International programs.  She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member of The University of Colorado Business School. 

Linda M. Bedinger

A seasoned professional in the areas of Leadership, Management, and Sales, Linda has dedicated herself to helping people around her “not only succeed, but succeed spectacularly.

Linda’s style includes the variety of both experiential and interactive approaches.  Her underlying philosophy is that changes come about when behaviors are acknowledged, modeled and dealt with proactively. 

Linda was the president of several banks in Colorado; Wells Fargo, Norwest and United Banks. All experienced her leadership and strategic vision.  She has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions and played key roles in helping those acquired to assimilate and adapt to the culture of the newly formed organization. 

The Women’sVision Foundation is a commitment that Linda values highly. 
She is Chair of the Women’sVision Leadership Institute and Board Member Emeritus.

Kelly Dignan

Kelly Dignan is with Alchemy: The Art of Transforming Business.  She is also a trained coach.  Kelly develops a partnership with her coaching clients designed to help them produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives.  She has many frameworks and tools that she shares, but the core of her approach is eliciting solutions and strategies from the clients – tapping into the strengths, resources, wisdom and creativity they have already.

Certified to give the Highlands Abilities Assessment, Kelly is an instructor with the Women’sVision Foundation and Chair of the Programs Committee.  Prior to instructing and coaching, Kelly was co-founder and owner of CONNECT: The Knowledge Network, an Information Technology consulting and recruiting firm.   CONNECT was named Small Business of the Year in 2000 by the South Denver Metro Chamber Kelly was named one of Denver's 40 under 40 Business Leaders in 1999 by The Denver Business Journal.    Prior to CONNECT, her career included marketing and sales jobs for Procter & Gamble, Computer Associates and General Electric.

 

Sharyl Harston

A career Human Resource professional, Sharyl has honed her coaching approach to ensure that clients achieve outcomes that propel them to success.   She engages the individual at both a personal and a professional level to assist them in creating intention and purpose in defining what success is, and then helps them develop the action plan to achieve that success.

Linda Kennedy

Linda Kennedy is the Principal of Linda Kennedy & Associates, a Leadership Coaching and Organization Effectiveness firm focusing on Moving Leaders from Intention to Action.  Linda has an uncanny ability to help leaders sort through the clutter and find alternatives to be even more successful.

While coaching, Linda works with clients to clarify outcomes that really matters to them, and then in partnership with the client, creates a personal plan of action to reach those meaningful goals.  She focuses on personal mastery, interpersonal mastery and organization challenges and opportunities.

Kristine L. Schneider

Coaching and consulting since 1985, Kristine has worked closely with executives, leaders and managers to determine the right approaches for their leadership and company success.

Kristine is a facilitator and coach for the Women’sVision Leadership Institute.  She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis and has developed coaching tools and processes used by coaches, consultants and companies world-wide.  An international and keynote speaker, Kristine has presented at international industry and professional conferences in the U.S. and abroad, to professional and executive groups, and has appeared on business radio shows as a guest expert.  In addition, she has been a leadership development facilitator and coach with the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.

 

Charlotte S. Waisman, Ph.d.

Charlotte Waisman is a Principal with The Athena Group, LLC, a consulting firm that is a strategic partner of The Women’sVision Foundation, specializing in organizational culture change, multi-dimensional leadership, and workforce excellence.  She is a hands-on trainer, coach, and team motivator.  Her strengths include excellent facilitation skills; creating modules to teach quality programs; and developing coaching, mentoring and train-the-trainer initiatives.  She is certified in a number of diagnostic tools (including the Myers Briggs Type Inventory), the EQi®, Benchmarks™ and is a certified behavioral interviewer.

Charlotte was the Director of Human Resources at Ischemia Technologies, an international invitro diagnostics company. Earlier she was in charge of employee career development at Keane, Inc., a billion-dollar national software services company. Before that Charlotte was the Director of Corporate Development at Telectronics, a worldwide manufacturer/distributor of pacemakers and defibrillators, where she was responsible for the creation of a world class education and training program including succession planning and career development.

Charlotte was instrumental in the development of the Women’sVision Leadership Institute, an intensive leadership program of the Women’sVision Foundation, designed to accelerate the career paths of mid and upper level corporate women. Charlotte’s book, The Leadership Training Activity Book, Amacom Press, 2005, is a reflection of the work of the Institute.
