WVF Coaching Programs and Offerings:
Women’sVision offers valuable programs, providing you with cutting-edge information and new techniques that you can apply immediately and directly in the work place. To help you develop and sustain new strategies, Women’sVision is pleased to offer professional coaching. Three levels of coaching are available which may be purchased in packages of multiple one-hour sessions.

Ready to Register for a Coaching Package?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Review the Coach Bios and select your two top choices based on your
requirements. (When you select your Coaching package, you will be prompted to
select your two top coach choices. They will be assigned to you based on

2. Read through the three Levels of Coaching packages below.
3. Select the number of Coaching Sessions you would like.
4. You will be asked to fill out a form, pay for your package and indicate your coach
selection.
5. After you hit the submit button, you will receive a confirmation and one of the
coaches will contact you within four working days.
Individual Contributor – Pathfinder Coaching

Pathfinder is for you if you are an individual contributor, team lead or supervisor. Coaching will focus on where you want to go from here, where would you best feel a sense of fit and success. You will look at various roles and/or settings that are best for you in your corporation or industry, finding where you would be most successful and fulfilled. Assessments may be used to help you discover how to be effective or fulfilled in your present or preferred role.
Manager/Leader - Leadership Coaching

The emphasis is on how to manage and lead at different levels or in different settings/types of teams, organizations and industries. Coaching will focus on your particular strengths and challenges, how best to lead and manage in the position you hold today, and what skills and talents to develop in order to meet future assignments or challenges. Assessments that determine your leadership strengths and development areas may be utilized to build your leadership effectiveness.
Executive Coaching - Strategic Coaching

Focus is around meeting the challenges of increased responsibility for organizations, boards, and across departments to help guide your corporation toward successful outcomes. This level of coaching is also suitable for those women who seek such positions and want to be ready on day one. Leadership assessments identifying strengths and areas of development will provide actionable steps to enable you to more effectively meet your strategic objectives.
